Baileys first weekend out with Hitch, her new horse. For the first time to a show, with limited experience in the showmanship, Bailey was more than pleased with the outcome. She is anxious to get him out again soon. The trip to Verndale was the perfect opportunity to jump back into the show ring.

He is going to be adorable. A little different looking at Bailey with a horse she can see over. I wonder if she'll cheat in the showmanship now?

Syd was able to go on a walk with Auntie Brittany and her dogs this afternoon. They made it back to Brittany's and went to work cleaning. Looks like Syd is a natural. How many six-year-olds clean toilets? I know, I won't get my hopes up; a passing phase I'm sure. Nice gloves Syd!

Can't beat a day in the sun with a friend. Syd and her best friend, Kenna, have spent the weekend logging "adventure" hours on the farm. Meanwhile, Tony is working to clean up the spring scum, and me...I live at school seven days a week (what do you think I'd be doing). What a beautiful weekend.
